No changes can be made to commands that were executed when a customer error occurred while supplying data to the handset. Refunds cannot be provided in this case either.In
cases where an order is not yet fully fulfilled and the customer has provided incorrect data, we will endeavor to cancel any existing order and replace it with new order details. If we are able to cancel the existing order successfully, the delivery time for such a new order will be from the point of change and not from the point of the first sale being processed. We cannot guarantee cancellation. If we are unable to cancel the order, the customer will need to place a new order with the correct details.
